The location in a great business area made it convenient for me to get around. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged taxis for me at no extra charge, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful bathroom and impressive shower. Plus, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace. The extensive breakfast and nice-looking restaurant were definite highlights of my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and amenities provided here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I was pleased with brand-new room, which was complete with showers and large bathrooms, for example. The hotel had a reasonably priced and exceptionally nice location just next door to Arcades.

Delicious breakfast with tons of tasty options to choose from. the bed in the king room was super cozy and came with a safe, a TV with many channels, and even a fridge. 🍳

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly and attentive to all my needs. Lastly, the rooms were very comfortable, with cozy beds and limited DSTV channels to keep me entertained. The breakfast offered was also delicious and satisfying.

During my stay at a hotel in Lusaka over the New Year, I was impressed with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel's location, near a shopping arcade and a variety of fast food options, was very convenient. I also enjoyed the friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, where I had the opportunity to enjoy some great views from the 9th floor.

There were a few aspects that I didn't find ideal. there were a few occasions when I had to deal with mosquitoes in my room, despite the provided net and repellents.

The drainage in the shower was poor causing dirty water to accumulate. Additionally, the room service and restaurant menu lacked variety, making it uninteresting for guests staying more than a week.
